First-time advertisers must pay in advance with contract. All orders non-cancelable after closing date.

Unless credit is prearranged and approved, all insertions must be paid in advance. Overdue accounts: Failure to pay on time could result in termination of credit arrangements; a late fee of 5% per month is charged to past-due accounts.

a. Contract must be bona fide and must specify a contract year and the number of insertions to be used. Two or more advertisers are not permitted to use space under the same contract.

b. Publisher reserves the right to hold advertisers and/or its advertising agency jointly and severally liable for such monies, which are due and payable to the publisher.

c. Publisher's liability for any error shall not exceed the cost of the space occupied.

d. Cancellations are not accepted after closing date and none may be considered executed unless acknowledged in writing by the publisher.

e. Publisher is not liable for errors in key numbers or in the advertiser's index.

f. Publisher reserves the right to edit copy and/or photographs or reject advertisements which are not up to the standard of the website.
