Cruise Rewards Programs Benefit Customers
Two
of the nation's largest and well-known cruise retailers
have recently launched a unique new customer rewards
and loyalty program for current and future cruise customers.
The programs are known as Cruises Inc. Rewards and CruiseOne
Rewards and are offered by independent agents and franchisees
of Cruises Inc. and CruiseOne, respectively.
The
program is completely free to join and features the
ability to earn credits on future cruises with each
purchase from Cruises Inc. or CruiseOne; as well as
receiving credits from other national online retailers.
Future earned credits range from 1% of the value for
cruises up to 15% for merchandise and other products
from the nation's best retailers. The amount of the
credit is automatically posted to each Rewards participant's
"bank" and can be viewed 24/7 by logging in
via the Cruises Inc. or CruiseOne rewards websites.
According
to Vice President and General Manager, Vivian Ewart,
"We think this is an excellent way to reward both
our new and existing clients while continuing to provide
them with excellent prices and exceptional customer
service. It is the best of both worlds - the marriage
of an automated awards system with the highly personal,
white glove level of service that our brands are known
for."
Rewards
participants also have the option of registering their
credit cards that offer separate loyalty programs and
can thereby earn "double" benefits. Unlike
other travel rewards programs, there are no complicated
formulas or point value equations to calculate. Each
point is equal to One Dollar. And each dollar earned
can be applied to any future cruise booking.
Details
about the program can be viewed at www.CruisesIncRewards.com
or www.CruiseOneRewards.com.
