Products to Aid in Organizing Your Vehicle
High
Road brand, specializing in car organization, recently
showcased 25 new products that respond to increasing
driver concerns. With nearly 80 percent of all US
domestic trips now taken by car, truck or RV, car
organization has never been so important from safety,
time and stress perspectives. Many drivers are looking
for solutions to fight the clutter from daily commutes,
summer vacations, and being the family taxi, as well
as minimize the dangers of reaching for things while
driving.
According
to research:
-
89 percent of female drivers say that being organized
in their car makes them safer drivers and helps
them keep their eyes on the road. If children are
organized and have easy access to toys and drinks,
they are less likely to distract the driver.
-
30 percent of female drivers surveyed, aged 18-34,
say they have either had, or almost had, an accident
because they were reaching for or looking for something
in their car.
-
Commuting time has grown 236 percent with the
average commute now taking over 26 minutes. With
more time spent on the road by the nation's 34 million
commercial fleet drivers, there is greater pressure
for both domestic and professionals to stay organized
in their cars.
Arthur
Woolverton, National Sales Manager of Talus Corporation,
which owns High Road brand, says"Both retailers
and research are telling us that most drivers think
of their car as another living space and say there
is a constant battle to keep their cars organized.
Many are looking for organization in their lives while
they're on the go, especially the Taxi Moms."
In
response, Talus has developed these new products,
which offer solutions for driver organization, entertainment
organization, back seat organization, cargo and trunk
organization and trash management.
